The workshop begins with a moment of discussion with the chef, accompanied by hot or cold drinks and a snack, to allow everyone to get to know each other. Your recipe book and apron await you; the chef kindly guides you through each step as you prepare our Chef's signature recipes together in a participatory and gourmet atmosphere. At the end of the workshop, you will enjoy the desserts you have prepared together around a convivial table. You then leave with your École Ducasse Paris Studio apron, your recipe book, a diploma signed by Chef Alain Ducasse, and new skills on the secrets of good pastry-making.
