Optional: At 1:00 PM, finish your tour at the famous Old Bouillon Chartier, which has been open since the late 19th century, and enjoy its fantastic Belle Époque Art Nouveau setting (entry: €2–€7; meal: €7–€14; dessert: €2–€5).
