商品説明
Climb the most storied hill in Paris on a walk through Montmartre, the bohemian village where modern art was born — from the red windmill of the Moulin Rouge up cobbled lanes to the white domes of Sacré-Cœur.
Begin beneath the Moulin Rouge, whose sails have spun above Pigalle since 1889, birthplace of the can-can and muse to Toulouse-Lautrec. Pass the Café des Deux Moulins, made famous by the film Amélie, then the house on Rue Lepic where Vincent van Gogh lived with his brother Theo and his palette burst into colour.
Stand before the Bateau-Lavoir, the ramshackle studios where Picasso painted Les Demoiselles d'Avignon and set Cubism in motion alongside Modigliani and Juan Gris. Walk on to the Moulin de la Galette, one of the hill's last windmills and the setting for Renoir's sunlit masterpiece, a reminder of Montmartre's days as open countryside.
Reach Au Lapin Agile, the tiny ivy-clad cabaret where struggling artists once paid their tabs in paintings, then wander Rue de l'Abreuvoir, one of Paris's prettiest streets, past the pink Maison Rose and the bust of singer Dalida. Just beyond lies the Clos Montmartre, the last working vineyard in the city, tumbling down the slope.
The climb ends at the summit before the Sacré-Cœur, the gleaming basilica raised after the Franco-Prussian War, with one of the finest panoramas in Paris spread below. With a small, friendly group and an expert local at the helm, you'll uncover the Montmartre most visitors miss — its legends, its hidden corners and its living village charm.
