I will guide you to Tombelaine, a small granite island steeped in history, where some archaeological remains have stood the test of time. As we approach this ornithological reserve, we will observe the seabirds and be able to contemplate the bay in all its glory.
During this day trip, I will tell you all the essentials you need to know about Europe's largest bay:
The phenomenon of the tides
The geological formation of the bay
The human activities that shaped the bay
The flora and fauna that inhabit the bay
The history and legends that make this place mythical
And of course, an introduction to the unmissable QUICKSAND will also be on the program.
During this 3-hour trip, we will cross a few coastal rivers to get to Tombelaine and take the opportunity to have a short break of about 20 minutes.
