商品説明
At the top of La Clape, at an altitude between Narbonne and the Mediterranean Sea, Château Camplazens stands on a wild and unspoiled terroir. Here the vines grow between rock and scrubland, cradled by the sun and sculpted by the sea winds. More than just a vineyard, it is a unique ecosystem where nature reigns supreme.
The Julius tour program is as follows:
- We will welcome you to the cellar, where we will explain the creation of the estate and provide information about our La Clape appellation. - Once the introductions are done, we will go for a walk in the vineyards (on foot - heels are not suitable). We will show you the diversity of our soils and explain their impact on the quality of our wine. - We will then go to the cellar, where your live guide will explain the steps involved in making wine. The live guide will tell you about some of the equipment used in this process. In front of you, you will see several types of vats used by our oenologist. - Next, after the visit to the cellar (where you will have received the necessary explanations about the wine-making process), you will go to the barrel cellar to admire our 300 or so barrels in storage. - After that, we will take you to the castle tower for a panoramic view of the entire estate. From this tower, you can see the Mediterranean, the Pyrenees, the Black Mountain, and also Mont Saint Clair (an iconic place in Sète). - The tasting will take place in the tower (unless there are people with reduced mobility in the group, in which case the tasting will take place in the cellar). During this tasting, you will discover our cuvées of whites, reds, and rosés.
