Once you arrive at the distillery, we will provide you with a selection of plants that you can smell and handle to create a recipe to your liking.
Mint, sage, genepi, juniper, blueberry, and many others will be available for you to use in creating your preferred beverage—your imagination is the only limit.
Whether you prefer an aperitif or a digestif, a liqueur or a brandy, a dry or a sweet spirit, a mild or a strong drink, anything is possible.
We will introduce you to the art of distillation by explaining our working method using our stills. Then, once you've mastered the basics, it will be your turn to take the reins. You will be responsible for creating the recipe, starting up the stills, selecting the heart of the distillation, tasting the spirit, measuring the alcohol content, adding water, and finally, bottling and labeling it.
You will leave with the equivalent of half a liter of your precious creation, which you can enjoy and share with those around you.
Activity duration: 2.5 hours minimum.
Location: Distillerie l'Eau Folle, 131 Rue Basse de la Gare, 73600 Moutiers, France.
