Your experience begins with a guided tour of the vineyard, where our expert will explain the work involved in growing vines, from pruning to harvesting. You will then continue with a presentation on the pyramidal system of appellations in Burgundy and the concept of "climat", which will immerse you in the region's wine history. Next, enjoy a landscape reading of the Haut-Mâconnais to discover the unique panorama and the characteristics of its vineyards. You will then visit the barrel room, with explanations of the wine-making process and the conversion of grapes into wine. The workshop concludes with a commented tasting of different wines from the Domaine, across several vintages, in order to put the tasting methodology into practice and to identify the aromas and sensations experienced. To extend the experience, you will receive complimentary documentation on tasting and Burgundy wines, allowing you to easily revisit the concepts learned during the workshop. Only for participants aged 18 and over.
