In the heart of Vieux-Lille, the CÉLESTIN brewery has been passing down brewing expertise from generation to generation since 1740. For an hour, immerse yourself in the world of craft beer alongside enthusiasts. Your live guide will introduce you to the history of this almost three-hundred-year-old house, then take you behind the scenes of the brewing process: the choice of malts and hops, mashing, fermentation, and maturation. You will learn the difference between a craft beer and an industrial beer, and why each cuvée has its own character. The tour includes a commented tasting of 3 beers brewed on site. Our team guides you through the aromas and styles, and shares tips to better appreciate each beer.
