Set off on a retro guided tour of the magnificent city of Lille in an iconic Citroën 2CV, as quintessentially French as a beret or a baguette. Tours can last from 30 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes. As you ride in this famous car, feel the rumble of its little engine (2CV literally means ‘2 fiscal horsepower’). Lean into every bend and admire the vintage upholstery. Weather permitting, you’ll cruise along the cobbled streets with the roof down and the wind in your hair. Your driver-guide will share anecdotes about the city at every turn along the route and recommend the best places to explore once you’ve found your bearings in the streets.
Lille is the perfect city to explore in a 2CV; the streets are narrow, and even if the cobblestones might give you a bit of a jolt, you’ll feel like a true Lille local.
