Immersion in the Heart of a Provençal Vineyard – Palette Appellation
Set off to discover an exceptional wine estate nestled in the heart of Provence, at the foot of the majestic Sainte-Victoire mountain. The vineyard produces rare wines under the AOC Palette appellation, true expressions of a unique and distinctive terroir.
Guided Tour of the Wine Cellars
Your experience begins with a guided visit of the vinification cellar, where the grapes begin their transformation into wine. You will then continue to the barrel cellar, a peaceful and traditional space where the wines age slowly, developing their full complexity and character.
Discovering the Estate’s Know-How
Throughout the visit, the team will share the key stages of winemaking with you—from harvest to aging—highlighting the technical choices made to respect and enhance the terroir. You will also learn more about the specific characteristics of the Palette appellation, as well as the history of the estate and the family behind it.
Guided Wine Tasting & Gourmet Moment – Privilege Option
To extend the experience, enjoy a guided tasting of the estate’s wines, accompanied by our Privilege option. This includes a selection of carefully chosen artisanal spreads, designed to enhance and complement the aromas of the wines. A convivial and indulgent moment, celebrating both terroir and gourmet pleasures.
An Authentic Provençal Experience
Accompanied throughout the visit, you will enjoy a warm and welcoming experience combining passion, knowledge-sharing, and conviviality, all set within an exceptional natural environment.
