Our range extends from the classic honey vinegar to balsamic vinegar and coffee vinegar, as well as vinegars with saffron or local fruits (blackberries, apricots, chestnuts, cherries, etc.)

During the tour, gain access to our production area and explore hundreds of barrels in which some vinegars age for more than 15 years. You'll also be surprised by our aromatization demijohns exposed to direct sunlight, where our creations slowly take on their fragrance. Original methods such as the production of late-harvest vinegar will no longer hold any secrets for you.
