10:30 AM – 11:30 AM: Discovery of the terroir and the plots of Châteauneuf-du-Pape
11:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Guided tour of the estate's cellars
12:30 pm: Lunch and food and wine pairing tasting (9 vintages tasted)
