Proceed directly to Domaine Les Teyssonnières in Gigondas, where your live guide will welcome you to begin this immersive experience at the heart of a family estate.
The tour begins with an exploration of the vineyards to understand the unique terroir of the Gigondas appellation, at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail. You will learn about the grape varieties grown, the methods of working the vines, and the specificities of our wine-growing environment.
You will then continue with a visit to the wine cellar. This is where the grapes are transformed into wine. Your live guide will explain the different stages of winemaking, from fermentation to aging, as well as the technical choices that influence the style of our wines.
The tour ends with a commented tasting of several of the estate's wines. You will learn how to observe the color of a wine, recognize its aromas, understand its balance, and appreciate the differences between appellations and vintages.
Throughout the experience, you will be accompanied by a member of the team who will share with you their passion for the winemaking profession and the history of the estate.
