Vignoble du Haut Escaut visit and wine tasting
Discover one of the northernmost vineyards in France during an immersive experience in the heart of the Vignoble du Haut Escaut, in the Cambrésis region.
Accompanied by the winemaker or a member of the team, set off to discover our family estate and immerse yourself in all the stages of making our wines, from the vine to the bottle.
On this friendly tour, you will explore our vineyard plots, discover our clay-limestone terroir rich in flint, and learn about the unique characteristics of viticulture in the Hauts-de-France region.
You will then continue your immersion in our vinification cellar and our aging cellar, where you will learn about the different stages of the transformation of grapes into wine as well as our aging methods in stainless steel vats, oak barrels, and Clayver® ceramic vats.
The experience ends with a commented tasting of several of the estate's cuvées. You will discover the unique style of our wines while freely discussing the craft of winemaking, grape varieties, vinification, and the history of the estate with the team.
Whether you are a wine lover, passionate about oenology or simply curious to discover an atypical vineyard, this tour will give you an authentic experience at the heart of a rapidly developing estate.
