WINEMAKER IMMERSION Experience the life of a winemaker
Explore our estate and discover the secrets of our organic agriculture in the vineyard and our expertise in the cellar (barrel cellar, vat room, bottling line). During this guided visit, we will stimulate your senses, and you will understand the stages of winemaking and aging.
Discover our different ranges: "Les Vignes du Château" (IGP Val de Loire), fresh and accessible wines. "Brut de Terroir" (AOC Giennois, Pouilly-Fumé, Sancerre), authentic reflections of their appellations. "L'Âme des Terroirs", resulting from long aging, combining finesse, complexity, and concentration.
The food tasting is accompanied by local crackers and ends with our specialty: blackcurrant liquor from Bourgogne Nivernaise.
