Embark on a unique journey through Beaujolais and Southern Burgundy, guided by a passionate local insider. All of our tours are tailor made to your centers of interests and expectations but here is an example of what could be done in terms of stops: • Domaine Mathias in Chaintré. Expect to taste 3 wines • L'Atrium in Pouilly. 27 winemakers got together to open a place in the heart of the village to promote their wines. Up to 6 wines will be tasted there. • Step into the magnificent home of Philip, a former winemaker with an extraordinary private wine cellar and a fascinating new role as a druid. • Château de Moulin à Vent in Moulin à Vent. • Visit the church of Saint Amour Bellevue with its amazing wall paintings done by a priest between the two great wars.
Gain behind-the-scenes insight into the winemaking process and daily life of dedicated locals. You’ll learn the secrets behind their craftsmanship and experience the regions’ rich wine heritage.
Weather permitting, enjoy a chic wine and food tasting in the heart of the vineyard (or indoors in case of rain), surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. For lunch, choose between an elegant countryside picnic or a cozy meal at a local restaurant, where regional, seasonal flavors come to life.
Again, this tour is fully customizable to your preferences. Let us know what you’re looking for, then sit back, relax, and let us guide you to the hidden gems of Beaujolais and Southern Burgundy!
