Enjoy a unique experience: descend the Angon Canyon with a professional guide and then savor a gourmet break with your feet in the water on the shores of Lake Annecy, at the Monté Médio base (certified EcoTable and Accueil Vélo).
After meeting at our base, put on your wetsuit and set off on a hike (20–30 min, mostly uphill) to reach the start of the canyon. Your guide will explain the safety techniques before you start the descent: slide down the "mailbox" chute, jump into the pools (jumps from 1 to 5 meters, all optional), rappel down waterfalls from 8 to 18 meters, and discover the magic of the Angon Canyon.
The canyoneering portion lasts about 1.5 hours and is suitable for everyone aged 10 and over, with no need to be an experienced athlete. After the outing, enjoy our eco-friendly refreshment stand right by the lake at your own pace, with a choice of:
Snack: Savory gourmet break: hot dog or platter to share (min. 2 people) + a hot or cold drink (soft drink or 25 cl beer) Sweet gourmet break: a 2-scoop ice cream + a hot or cold drink (soft drink or 25 cl beer)
We prioritize fresh, local and organic products for a responsible and tasty experience. Kayaks or stand-up paddleboards are available for rent at the neighboring base (“Gliss Cool”).
