Offering a brief introduction to the historic buildings of Woodstock village and includes a walk into the palace estate grounds.

I am an experienced Oxford guide and I run a wide range of tours which have won awards for excellence and which are rated 4.9 out of 5 stars after hundreds of reviews. I moved to live near Woodstock in 2019 and now I would like to share some local folklore and history to introduce the village of Woodstock.

This tour currently is only offered in high season from May to September. If you wish to book outside of these dates, then currently no availability will show up to book. However, feel free to anyway contact me to request to book a start time and date.

  • Know Before You Go: Make sure to pack clothes and shoes appropriate to the weather.

  • Know Before You Go: If you are not staying in Woodstock, I can assist you to book your own taxi here from Oxford. The public bus runs here and to Oxford until 11pm and costs about £5. A taxi might cost £25 each way.
