Begin your visit with a warm welcome and a double gin and tonic before embarking on a guided behind-the-scenes tour of the Stockport Town Centre distillery. Learn about the history, process, and flavor science behind the award-winning spirits.

Once warmed up, head upstairs to the Gin School where each participant gets their own still and botanical selection station. Under expert guidance, select botanicals from an extensive range, build your recipe, and then distill it into a custom bottle.

While your gin is distilling, enjoy another double gin and tonic and samples of the full range while asking questions and learning insider tips from the master distiller. Blend, bottle, label, and name your creation before enjoying it as a perfectly served gin and tonic and sharing tasting notes with the group.
