Begin your tour by stepping into the distillery, meticulously designed to be a space where visitors can feel welcome and comfortable while experiencing the drinks production processes up close. The main room is predominantly open plan and includes a visitor space with seating area, bar, shop, and gin school in the same room as the main production space.
On any given day, experience different processes in action, including distillation of spirits, bottling and labeling, preparation of foraged botanicals, product development, and much more. There is always something going on, and the distillery is designed to highlight this and put visitors in the center of the action.
