This tour will reveal fascinating facts about Manchester and England’s food history - you'll also explore food science and take in some magnificent local delicacies along the way.
Focusing on the Northern Quarter area, you will sample 5-6 dishes from independent eateries including local craft ale and food in an award winning converted butchers hall and an award winning dessert inside an iconic alternative shopping centre.
Guests will learn about the history of the area as Victorian Manchester's market district and also hear about its rebirth as the Northern Quarter to become the independent heart of the city.
