Commercial Hip-Hop, Dancehall, K-Pop & Open Style Choreography
Explore rhythm, energy, attitude, musicality and performance through commercial and urban-inspired choreography.
Fit’Dance / Dance Fitness
Experience an energetic combination of dance, choreography and fitness designed to build coordination, stamina and confidence.
Each workshop begins with a progressive warm-up to prepare the body, improve mobility and connect with the musical style of the session.
You will then work on coordination, rhythm, posture and technical elements adapted to the group. Elite Parker gradually introduces the movements and foundations used in the choreography before building the final sequence.
You will start dancing early in the session and repeat the choreography to music, allowing the movements to become more natural and fluid.
Beyond memorising steps, the workshop focuses on musicality, energy, interpretation and personal expression.
The sessions are suitable for dancers returning after a break as well as participants with previous dance experience. Exercises and choreography can be adapted to the level of the group.
Finish the workshop having learned a choreographic sequence while experiencing Elite Parker’s distinctive combination of dance, music, rhythm and performance in London.
