商品説明

Join a small group of women for a coastal walk along the South West Coast Path in North Cornwall. Enjoy a gentle and welcoming experience with a focus on connecting with nature.

Follow a 3-4 mile section of the path, with regular pauses to rest, spot wildlife, and take in the views. Round off your walk with a refreshing dip in the sea or a tidal sea pool, if you fancy it.

Expect a moderate walk with some steeper sections and slightly uneven terrain, but this should be accessible to a range of abilities and you can enjoy a supportive atmosphere with help along the way. Before the dip, receive a safety briefing so you can feel safe and confident. If you'd rather just watch, there's no pressure to swim.

The whole experience lasts around 4.5 hours, but you can stay and enjoy the local area if you choose.
