商品説明
Experience the excitement of white water stand up paddleboarding (SUP) on the iconic River Spey—a perfect destination for adventure seekers and paddlers of all levels! This course is led by highly qualified instructors and takes you through Grade 2 rapids, scenic woodland, and the beautiful Highland countryside.
Meet your group and guide at Tamdhu Train Station at 10:00. After getting kitted up with high-quality gear (all provided), receive a safety briefing and basic instruction. You’ll hit the water to learn essential SUP skills and paddling techniques: balancing, reading the river, quick turns, paddling waves and rapids, and recovering from falls. Whether you’re new to white water or looking to level up, your day will be tailored to your skill and group goals.
Begin on easier sections to build your confidence, then progress to more technical rapids like the famous “Washing Machine” and “Tamdhu Rapids”—both can be re-run for extra fun and challenge! The course is a true immersion in Scotland’s wild beauty, with opportunities to spot wildlife, enjoy a riverside lunch break, and celebrate every new skill conquered on the waves.
The day finishes with a debrief and wrap-up, plus free action photos to remember your adventure. Whether you want to push your limits or just enjoy the thrill and camaraderie of the rapids, this course offers a rewarding outdoor experience for individuals, families, and small groups.
