We start with an impressive guided tour of Henkell Castle and then head to the sparkling wine manufactory for an exciting journey through delicious combinations of cheese, sparkling wine and wine.

Know Before You Go: The seminars take place in an air-conditioned glass cube in the heart of the sparkling wine manufactory, which is located in the main building of the Henkell & Co. sparkling wine cellar. A ventilation system ensures sufficient air exchange.
