Know Before You Go: The VR tour is suitable for youths aged 13 and over accompanied by an adult (please bring proof of age). During the walking tour, the duty of supervision lies with the accompanying parents, teachers or legal guardians – they are also responsible for any damage caused by underage participants.
Know Before You Go: In the event of rain at the start or foreseeable rain during the approximately two-hour tour, the guided tour will be conducted in an adapted form in the Frankenturm. Please note that it is unfortunately not possible to return the tickets in this case.
Know Before You Go: At the beginning of the tour, all participants will receive clean, disinfected, and functional VR glasses. We ask that you handle the equipment with care – in the event of improper or willful use, the participant is liable for any damage incurred. The devices are checked after use.
