We start with a welcome sparkling wine in the adjoining vineyard of our winery. There you will see the winemaker's elaborate work. You can take a close look at narrow-gauge tractors and modern vineyard technology. After the tour of the pressing hall and the grape press, it's time to go down into the winemaker's sacred halls. In the wine cellar, you will learn the secrets of winemaking among traditional wooden barrels and gleaming stainless steel tanks. In our sparkling wine production facility, you will receive a lot of information about the production of sparkling wine using the Méthode Champenoise. Here you can marvel at our bottling plant, the disgorging line, and much, much more. Our award-winning wines are tasted in a modern setting during an extensive wine tasting.
