Exchange Cape Town’s busy streets for a relaxed day among vineyards, mountain passes, historic towns, and family-friendly wine estates.
Following pickup from selected Cape Town locations, travel to Paarl for the first part of the day. Stop at Fairview Wine and Cheese Farm, where guests can view the well-known Goat Tower, browse the farm shop, and purchase available wine-and-cheese experiences. Younger visitors may participate in a children’s tasting when available and paid for by their accompanying adult.
Continue through the Cape Winelands to the Franschhoek Valley. Visit Boschendal and spend time exploring the estate’s farm setting. Depending on availability, families can access designated play spaces or purchase an optional picnic, meal, wine tasting, or seasonal activity directly from the estate.
The journey also provides time in Franschhoek, where you can walk through the village, browse local shops, or take photographs against the surrounding mountain landscape.
Later, travel to Stellenbosch and explore its tree-lined streets, historic buildings, and Cape Dutch architecture. Enjoy some free time before beginning the return journey to Cape Town.
