Start your day with an early pickup from your accommodation in Maputo and travel towards the South African border. After border formalities at Ressano Garcia / Komatipoort, continue to Kruger National Park for a full-day safari experience.

Enter the park through the southern region, one of the most convenient areas to access from Maputo and a great place for wildlife viewing. Begin your guided game drive in search of elephants, giraffes, zebras, antelopes, hippos, crocodiles, buffaloes and, with luck, predators such as lions and leopards.

Your guide will help you understand animal behaviour, tracks, landscapes and the rhythm of the bush while you explore different routes inside the park. Depending on time, road conditions and wildlife movement, the route may include areas around Crocodile Bridge, Lower Sabie or Skukuza.

Stop at one of Kruger’s rest camps to relax, use the facilities and enjoy lunch. After more time exploring the park, begin the return journey to Maputo, crossing back into Mozambique and arriving in the evening.
