From Hazyview: Kruger National Park Afternoon Safari｜South Africa

Your afternoon safari begins with collection from your accommodation in Hazyview at approximately 1:00 p.m. in one of our luxury open safari vehicles. Alternatively, guests may meet us directly at Phabeni Gate, the gateway to the world-renowned Kruger National Park.

Spend 5–6 hours (season dependent) exploring one of Africa's greatest wildlife destinations alongside a qualified and passionate safari guide. As the afternoon heat fades, the bush comes alive, offering excellent opportunities to encounter the park's remarkable wildlife in beautiful golden light.

Travel through diverse landscapes in search of the legendary Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, rhino and buffalo—while also looking out for cheetahs, African wild dogs, spotted hyenas, giraffes, zebras, numerous antelope species and an incredible variety of birdlife. Every safari is unique, making each game drive a new adventure.

During the safari, we will stop at one of the park's rest camps, where you can purchase refreshments, browse local curios or simply enjoy a short break before continuing your wildlife experience. Bottled water is provided throughout the safari, while meals and additional refreshments are for your own account unless otherwise arranged.

As the afternoon gives way to sunset, the warm African light creates exceptional photographic opportunities and unforgettable scenery. We then make our way back towards the gate before returning you comfortably to your accommodation in Hazyview or dropping you off at Phabeni Gate.
