Day 1: Cape Town to Oudtshoorn (via Route 62)
Depart from Cape Town and travel through the scenic countryside to Worcester, Robertson, Montagu, then to Barrydale for a brief refreshment stop.
Continue along Route 62 to Oudtshoorn, then to Cango Caves for a tour before checking in at a De Oude Meul Country Lodge or similar for an overnight stay, bed and breakfast.
Day 2: Oudtshoorn to Botlierskop Game Reserve, to Knysna Travel early morning at 7am to Botlierskop Game Reserve for a 4x4 game safari. See lions, elephants, rhino, kudus, impalas, giraffes, and many more in this exciting safari. Lunch break at Botlierskop - own cost.
Then travel to Knysna Heads and Knysna Quays Waterfront.
Overnight accommodation will be at Russel Hotel in Knysna or similar
Day 3: Hermanus, Benguela Cove Wine Estate and Return to Cape Town
Visit Hermanus. Whale watching (in season). Wine tasting at Benguela Cove Wine Estate. Visit Betty’s Bay. See African Penguins. Travel back to Cape Town on the Whale Coast to conclude the 4 day tour of the Garden Route.
