Join us for an immersive journey into the world of coffee! In this hands-on tour, you'll discover the fascinating mechanics of our drum coffee roaster. Our expert technician will explain key energy transfer concepts such as conduction and convection, alongside the physical and chemical transformations that green coffee beans undergo during the roasting process.

You’ll learn about roasting profiles and the significance of coffee origin, and then get the chance to roast a 2 kg batch of specialty coffee under expert supervision.

Once the roasting is complete, we’ll shift our focus to brewing. You’ll explore the fundamentals of brewing with four different pour-over coffee makers. Enjoy a full hands-on experience as you prepare five exotic coffees for a sampling session. You'll gain insights into different processing methods—full washed, extended fermentation, and natural—and learn to identify essential coffee characteristics such as acidity, sweetness, body, and aftertaste.
