We'll start with a welcome drink while we introduce you to the origin of coffee and its flavor profiles. Then you'll identify your preferences – more acidic, sweet, fruity, or intense – to discover your profile as a roaster.
Next, you'll move on to the most important moment: roasting your own coffee. You'll learn to recognize key changes such as color, aroma, and the "first crack," understanding how each decision impacts the final result.
Once the roasting is finished, you'll cool your coffee and compare your result with other participants, developing your sensory perception in a practical and entertaining way.
Finally, you'll pack your coffee with a personalized label and enjoy a tasting session where you'll sample your creation.
