商品説明
Begin your surf lesson with a warm welcome and briefing. Meet your instructor, assess your experience level, and get fitted with your board and leash. Learn about the lesson objectives and safety guidelines.
Next, gain ocean awareness by identifying safe practice areas, understanding rip currents and channels, and learning about different types of waves. Discover right-of-way rules and surfer etiquette, and learn how to handle your board to prevent accidents.
Warm up with dynamic stretching and balance exercises before moving on to land techniques. Practice correct positioning on the board, efficient paddling, body weight distribution, the pop-up movement (take-off), basic standing posture, gaze direction, and balance and foot positioning. Repeat these movements until they feel fluid.
Then, enter the water with your instructor and complete adaptation exercises. Practice straight-line paddling, positioning to catch whitewater, and take-off attempts on foam waves. Receive individual corrections during practice and gain progressive independence.
Finish your lesson with a cool-down and feedback session. Relax, receive comments on your progress, reinforce key technical points, and get guidance for future practice.
