On this tour, you will experience nomadic life and explore the Kyzylkum Desert, the 16th-largest desert in the world, with a stay at a yurt camp. In the morning, your driver will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to Nurata, 230 km away. Nurata is a historic small town in the foothills of the Nuratau Mountains, which stretch for hundreds of kilometers from Jizzakh and the Barren Steppe to Navoi and the Kyzylkum Desert. According to legend, the city and its name originated from the Nur fortress, which Alexander the Great founded in the 4th century BC. After visiting the historic Chashma complex, your driver will take you to a local house for lunch. You will then transfer 75 km to the yurt camp, arrive, check in, and rest. Before sunset, drive to Aydarkul Lake, a natural wonder in the middle of the desert. Enjoy walking and swimming before returning to the yurt camp. Before dinner, you can experience camel riding. Dinner will then be served. Before going to bed, you can enjoy traditional songs performed by a Kazakh folk singer. Overnight in Yurt Camp. Next day after breakfast drive to Samarkand city (270 km). End of the tour.
