商品説明
Embark on an exhilarating hiking adventure through Valea lui Stan, widely considered Romania’s most beautiful and exciting canyon trail. Located along the iconic Transfăgărășan highway in the Făgăraș Mountains, this thrilling loop trail features suspended metal ladders, wooden walkways, safety cables, cascading waterfalls, and lush alpine scenery.
Get ready for an unforgettable outdoor experience in the heart of the Southern Carpathians. Located just below the impressive Vidraru Dam along the world-famous Transfăgărășan road, the Valea lui Stan Canyon offers a unique combination of wild nature and via-ferrata style excitement.
Begin your journey on a marked circuit trail (Red Dot) leading straight into the rocky gorge. As you penetrate deeper into the canyon, navigate through narrow granite passes, climb secured metal ladders along towering cliffs, and cross footbridges suspended over rushing mountain streams and waterfalls.
After conquering the most adventurous section of the gorge, the trail opens up into Poiana Călugărița, a serene mountain meadow surrounded by forest—a perfect spot to rest, breathe in the fresh alpine air, and take in the panoramic views. The loop concludes with a scenic descent towards Lake Vidraru before bringing you back to the starting point.
