Discover 1,000-year-old rock-hewn cave churches, monasteries founded by the Nine Saints, and the mighty Gheralta Churches, accessible only by climbing sheer rock walls and skirting cliff edges with no rope.

Visit the Debre Damo Monastery, where monks will tie you up in a rope and drag you up to their sacred place at the summit. Explore the historically significant city of Axum, the land of the Queen of Sheba and the resting place of the Ark of the Covenant.

Marvel at the thrill of driving over the Tigray Mountains. Visit the Yeha Temple, explore the Debre Damo Monastery, and trek to the monolithic church of Abune Yemata Guh. Finally, trek to Maryam Korkor and Daniel Korkor.
