Our agents will warmly welcome you with our Meet and Greet service, holding a sign of your name at Alexandria Port upon your cruise ship arrival.
After that, you will be transferred by an air-conditioned vehicle to Al Alamein.
You'll travel to Al Alamein, a site steeped in World War II history.
Your exploration begins with a visit to the remnants and cemeteries of Al Alamein, where you'll pay your respects to the soldiers who fought bravely in the war. You'll also visit the Military Museum, home to an extensive collection of wartime artifacts, including weapons, tanks, aircraft, and bicycles used during the World War. The museum also features detailed descriptions of Montgomery's, Rommel's, and other key figures' strategic maneuvers in the battle.
After a morning filled with history, you'll enjoy a delicious lunch en route to the beautiful town of Al Alamein, located on the west and overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Here, you'll visit the World War Cemeteries, the final resting place for Commonwealth, Greek, Italian, and German soldiers. These citadel-like cemeteries serve as a poignant reminder of the past.
As the day draws to a close, our guide will escort you back to your cruise ship at Alexandria Port. The departure time from Al Alamein will be coordinated with the departure time of your ship in Alexandria Port. With Sun Pyramids Tours, every journey is a voyage into the past, every moment a cherished memory.
kindly note: the tickets included is to the area of the pyramids not inside one of the pyramids. If you wish to enter one of the pyramids, you can pay a ticket on spot.
