Enjoy an unforgettable experience in the Ecuadorian Amazon with an adventure of nature, culture, and exploration in the Cuyabeno Reserve. The tour begins in Quito, with a night departure from Hostal Blue House in La Mariscal at 23:00, or from Secret Garden at 23:30, to start the journey to one of the most biodiverse ecosystems in Ecuador.

Upon arrival in Cuyabeno, you'll enter the Cuyabeno River Lodge facilities, where this immersive experience in the Amazon rainforest will begin. During your stay, you'll go on canoe trips through rivers and lagoons, enjoying natural landscapes and opportunities to observe the area's extraordinary biodiversity.

Explore the rainforest in search of monkeys, sloths, tropical birds, caimans, and other species that inhabit this ecosystem. One of the most special moments will be the tour of Laguna Grande, where you can enjoy the scenery, watch the sunset, and hopefully see pink river dolphins in their natural habitat. You'll also have the chance to take photos of the Amazonian landscapes and wildlife.

The adventure continues with day and night hikes that let you discover different aspects of life in the jungle. During these activities, you'll get to know the local flora and look for species that are usually active at night.

As part of the cultural experience, you'll visit a Siona community to learn about their traditions and way of life. You will take part in traditional activities such as making pan de yuca (cassava bread) or casabe, and you will have the opportunity to purchase local handicrafts.

You'll also visit an agritourism farm, where you can observe paiches and native fish, as well as learn about initiatives related to the production and conservation of Amazonian species. The experience is complemented by traditional cuisine, water activities such as tubing and swimming, and moments to enjoy nature.
