Experience the thrill of a sunrise hike up Pico Blanco, one of the most stunning viewpoints near San José, Costa Rica. This private expedition is designed for early risers and adventure lovers who want to witness the magic of dawn from high above the city.
Start at 3:00 a.m. with pickup available from anywhere in the Greater Metropolitan Area (Alajuela, San José, Heredia). After a short drive, begin your guided hike under the stars, using headlamps provided by your guide.
Reach the scenic viewpoint before 5:25 a.m. to catch the breathtaking sunrise over the Central Valley. Once the sun is up, enjoy a light snack (cookie, juice, fruit, and a wrapped chocolate) while soaking in the views.
After the break, continue to the summit and descend along the same route. This is a private experience for a maximum of 4 people, so you’ll have personalized attention and a peaceful connection with nature.
