The Finca SANVI Cheese Tour takes you on a unique experience in the heart of Costa Rica, perfect for lovers of nature and good food. From the start, you'll be immersed in the world of artisanal dairy production in a natural and welcoming environment.
We'll start with a brief introduction to the farm and our history in the production of artisanal cheeses. Then, you'll have the chance to get directly involved in daily activities: milking a goat and bottle-feeding our youngest kids, a fun and educational experience for both adults and children.
Next, we'll tour our production plant, where you'll learn about the processes that transform fresh milk into high-quality cheeses. You'll see how we combine traditional and modern techniques to create authentic products that stand out for their flavor and texture.
The tour includes an exclusive 3-course food tasting of our cheeses: quesos ticos, creamy quesos pastoril, and mature cured cheeses, accompanied by 3 alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks (according to the customer's preference). You can delight in the freshness and flavor of local products while enjoying the view of the mountainous landscapes surrounding the farm.
To complete your experience, we invite you to visit our souvenir shop, where you'll find unique products made on the farm, such as cheeses, handcrafted souvenirs, and coffee. An unforgettable experience for all the senses!
