We'll begin this sensory journey by exploring our crops. You'll learn in a practical and enjoyable way how high-altitude coffee is harvested and processed, discovering the secrets behind its incomparable aroma and flavor. We'll continue with ancestral cacao, where you'll understand its cultural importance and how we transform the fruit into natural delicacies. The sweetness of our land is a must: you will learn the process of sugarcane and taste its fresh and natural juice.

But the experience is best savored at the table. You'll take part in a Creole cooking workshop where, with your own hands, we'll prepare freshly made tortillas, empanadas and other typical dishes using the products from the farm and fresh milk from our livestock. It's a unique opportunity to learn, laugh, and share around the fire and the smells that fill the Costa Rican home.

You'll also meet my parents, who will share the secret to living more than 70 years while still working and enjoying good health. In every corner, you'll feel the warmth of our people and the authenticity of a peaceful and happy rural life.
