Paint, Reflect, & Eat at an Organic Farm in La Fortuna｜Costa Rica

This activity takes place at Finca Educativa Don Juan where you will enjoy an authentic Costa Rican fire cooked lunch either at the beginning for afternoon experiences or at the end for morning experiences.

The creative experience will begin with introductions and icebreakers to get to know each other. We will then dive into self-reflection and connection. Explore yourself and your life based on the concept that you and your life are a garden that you can cultivate authentically leading to wellbeing.

After about 45 minutes of self-reflection and activities of self-connection, we will move to creating art. Choose your own piece of wood and use all the materials available to paint and create art inspired by "The Garden that We Are." Take this piece of art home with you.

At the end, participate in a closing session where you can share your art with the rest of the participants sharing your power and allowing yourself to be seen and heard.

This is a creative experience of creating art surrounded by the Nature of Costa Rica and the organic farm of Finca Educativa Don Juan.
