Bijagua Tour (Rainforest & Sloths)｜Costa Rica

First, we will visit the Tenorio Volcano National Park, home to the famous Río Celeste Waterfall. The hike is of low difficulty (easy) and takes approximately 90 minutes to complete (bilingual guide).

Next, we will visit the sloths in their natural habitat. You will also be able to observe monkeys, snakes, toucans, and the blue-jeans and red-eyed tree frogs.

The next stop will be for lunch near the area, where you can enjoy a delicious casado, one of Costa Rica's traditional dishes. The location also features a butterfly garden where you can observe the morpho butterfly.

After lunch, we will take the coffee, chocolate, and sugarcane tour, where you can learn about the traditional cultivation, processing, and cupping of coffee, as well as enjoy a tasting of chocolate and sugarcane, during a tour of the plantations and various facilities.
