Start your day with a pickup from your hotel in Baku. Meet your guide and head to Shamakhi. Learn about the city's history as you drive.
Stop at the Diri Baba Mausoleum, a Sufi Dervish mausoleum located across from an old cemetery. Hear about the legend of the imperishable Saint Diri-Baba who was buried here.
Next, visit the Juma Mosque, the oldest and largest mosque in Azerbaijan. Admire the mosque's architecture and learn about its history.
Continue to the Alpaca Farm, located in the Shamakhi district close to the Meyseri vineyards. Learn about the farm and its alpacas. Visit the souvenir shop and pick up some handmade dolls, stationery, or bags of fertilizer.
