Specially designed for those who want to get to know traditional arts up close and have a creative experience in Baku, this marbling workshop offers participants the opportunity to discover the magical world of painting on water. Ebru Art, which has been practiced for centuries and is known for the unique patterns created by colors on the water surface, is a special art form that requires patience, creativity, and mastery.
The experience begins with a short introduction in the art studio. Your instructor provides information about the history of the art of marbling, the materials used, and the techniques. Then, the participants begin their first attempts by observing how the paints move on the water. Using special brushes and needles, the colors are placed on the water surface, and each participant creates their own unique pattern.
During the workshop, participants can choose from different options. Different creative activities are offered, such as classic marbling on paper, painting on a mini canvas, making a marbled silk scarf, creating a pattern on a ceramic plate, or designing a leather keychain. Each experience is conducted with a professional instructor, and all necessary art supplies are provided by the workshop.
This experience is an ideal activity for art lovers, families, groups of friends, and travelers looking for a different cultural activity in Baku.
