We'll leave early from Puerto Madryn. Our first stop is the Isthmus Ameghino, where you can admire both gulfs (Nuevo and San José) simultaneously. We'll continue to the Interpretation Center, where you can learn about the history and fauna that inhabit the Valdes Peninsula. Our next stop is Puerto Pirámide, a tourist village of about 300 inhabitants, where we'll embark on a whale-watching tour (from June to December*). We'll see them swimming peacefully next to our boat, protecting their calves. Caleta Valdés, our next destination, is a curious geographical feature, formed by a long tongue of sea that enters the peninsula, parallel to the sea, forming an estuary over 20 km long. Here, you can see elephant seals, animals that can weigh up to 3,500 kg, sea lions, various species of birds, and on its shores, a penguin colony. Finally, we'll visit Punta Norte, where you'll see sea lions in their natural habitat, surrounded by a beautiful landscape.
