You will then visit Domaine Bousquet, where you will participate in the Gaia Experience. This tour will allow you to learn about their organic project from the inside: their family history, the sustainable approach, the importance of the terroir, and their production practices. The visit ends with a tasting of wines that express the essence of the valley.

To round out the experience, you'll enjoy lunch at Jean Bousquet, a winery renowned for its organic production and its privileged setting among high-altitude vineyards. Here you'll enjoy a 4-course menu with unlimited wine, carefully designed to highlight regional cuisine and pair each dish with its most iconic varietals.
