Venture into the Cordón del Plata, an Andean mountain range west of Mendoza that lies beyond the busiest foothill circuits, and experience a full day on horseback and around the fire with local guides.

After being picked up from your accommodation in Gran Mendoza, you'll arrive at the facility in Cordon del Plata, where you'll receive a safety briefing and be assigned a horse according to your level. The activity is suitable for both beginners and experienced riders.

The 2- to 3-hour guided horseback ride follows mountain trails through the Nacientes de las Vegas, with creek crossings, open meadows, and natural vantage points overlooking the Andes Range. During the ride, your tour guide will tell you about the flora, fauna, and gaucho culture of the area.

Back at the ranch, a Gaucho Day lunch awaits: regional dishes cooked over the fire, Mendoza wine, and soft drinks, with free time to rest, explore the property, and take pictures before the private transfer back to the city.
