商品説明
Spend a day as a winemaker in Maipú — not tasting other people's wines, but making your own. This hands-on experience takes you inside a family winery for a class with a working oenologist, where you'll blend a wine from different varietals, bottle it, cork it, design your own label and take the bottle home.
The day begins with hotel pickup in Mendoza at 8:30. Your first stop is a family winery for the winemaking class and blending session, followed by a visit to Bodega Corbel to see a working operation up close. Next comes Olivícola Centenario, where you'll swap grapes for olives and blend your own bottle of Mendocino olive oil to take home alongside your wine.
The day closes at Bodega Esencia 1870 with a four-course Mendocino lunch paired with four local wines: chickpea hummus and focaccia with Torrontés, empanadas with an orange dry wine, grilled short rib or vegetarian lasagna with Malbec, and dulce de leche flan with Extra Brut sparkling.
Small group (max 15). Guiding in Spanish, with some Portuguese. Return to Mendoza by 15:30.
